HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • In order to speed up the production and shipping process we have several suppliers located in Europe and the United States which guarantees greater proximity to the customer’s destination.
  • All orders are printed on demand and we normally need 2-5 working days to complete the printing and packaging process before shipping.

HOW IS THE QUALITY OF THE POSTERS?

  • Printed on premium quality paper with pigment based inks with a matte finish (180 gr. )
  • Poster sizes (framed and unframed): 21×30 cm, 30×40 cm, 50×70 cm, 11×14 in, 16×20 in, 18×24 in, 24×36 in
  • All framed posters are premium quality wood with a plexiglass front and contain pre-installed hanging hardware that is built into the back of the frame.
  • You can choose from the drop-down menu between black or white frame.
  • If the poster accumulates dust, it can be gently wiped with a clean, dry cloth. It is recommended for indoor use.
  • Unframed posters carefully rolled & shipped in protective cardboard tubes.
  • Framed posters are shipped in protective cardboard boxes.

WHAT ABOUT THE CANVAS?

  • Our gallery wrapped canvas are printed on a high quality canvas and hand wrapped onto a 1.5″ depth wood frame.
  • Canvas sizes: 8×10 in, 11×14 in, 18×24 in, 24×30 in
  • Handmade gallery quality canvas provides color that will stand the test of time. Designed for indoor use.
  • Printed on a natural white, matte, ultra smooth, 100% cotton canvas with a depth of 1’5″.
  • Built into the frame and contains felt protectors. The suspension hardware is located on top of the frame.
  • All canvases are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard protectors added at each corner and inside a sturdy cardboard box. The additional cardboard is secured on the surface of the print to prevent damage during shipping.
  • We recommend that if the canvas gets dusty, you can clean it with a clean, damp cloth as often as you like.

WHAT ABOUT THE MUGS?

  • 11 oz (0.33 l) mug made of glossy white ceramic material with coating which makes it excellent for printing vibrant colors. They are easy to clean, microwaveable and can withstand up to 3000 dishwasher cycles.
  • The mug can be safely placed in a microwave to heat food or liquids.

  • All mugs are shipped inside a rigid cardboard box with a folded insert that stabilizes and protects the product during transport to the destination.

WHAT ABOUT THE T-SHIRTS?

  • The unisex cotton t-shirt has the classic look with a regular fit.

• Main features Fabric: Made of specially spun fibers that make a very strong and soft fabric, No side seams • Seamless ribbed knit collar • The ribbed knit fabric makes the neck very elastic and helps to maintain its shape • Shoulder strap • Twill tape covers the shoulder seams to stabilize the back of the garment and prevent it from stretching.

• Composition of the fiber the color you choose: Solid colors are 100% cotton; heather colors are 50% cotton, 50% polyester (sport grey is 90% cotton, 10% polyester).
  • By using Kornit HD6 machines with direct printing to the garment, your designs will be printed with vivid and resistant colors. Colors may vary slightly from the sample photo you see on the screen.
  • Each t-shirt is automatically folded and bagged with polyethylene bags, ensuring a consistent packaging experience.

CAN YOU MAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

  • If you have a proposal in mind, please contact us and we will be happy to design it for you.
  • We can also change any color or custom size of any product in our store.

SHIPPING:

  • We charge shipping costs based on the country of the order. According to experience with other customers sometimes the package may be subject to the customs duties and import taxes of the country to which the order is sent. These payments are always the responsibility of the buyer, as we have no control over these charges.

SHIPPING TIMES:

  • Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be printed and you will receive a notification when it has been shipped.

  • Estimated days are business days, except Saturdays and Sundays.
  • All our shipments have a tracking number and it is attached with the shipment notification.
  • Free shipping on everything worldwide!

WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?

  • Yes! Once you place an order and it is processed, you will receive a tracking ID for your parcel.
  • WE ARE CONSTANTLY INFORMED ABOUT NEW DEVELOPMENTS REGARDING THE COVID-19 VIRUS SITUATION AND WE HOPE THAT IT WILL BE SOLVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. FOR NOW THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN SENDING ALL THE ORDERS AND OUR PRODUCTION PARTNERS ARE WORKING TO SEND THEM AS ALWAYS EFFECTIVELY.
  • Currently, restricted operations of some international flights have caused lags in updating the tracking numbers as well as the timely delivery of parcels.
  • If you do not receive your order in (4) weeks please contact us and we will find a solution for you. We are waiting for you to receive your order as soon as possible but due to external circumstances, the postal service does not depend exclusively on us and there may sometimes be reasons for delay such as bad weather, dates with high transit of packages such as in months before Christmas or Black Friday, orders may be delayed some day more than usual.

CHANGES AND RETURNS:

  • If your purchase arrives damaged you should contact us as soon as possible, although do not worry in advance because normally 99% of shipments arrive at their destination in a safe manner as they are properly protected from possible damage.
  • It’s been more than 4 weeks, I haven’t received my order, can I get a reshipment or a refund?

HOW CAN I MODIFY AN ORDER I HAVE PLACED?

  • If you have placed an order incorrectly, please contact us immediately via email at info@2toastdesign.com
  • We will do our best to help you, however, if it has already been shipped you will not be able to adjust it. Our recommendation is that you check the destination address and your personal details several times before completing your purchase.
