HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

– Europe (4-7 business days)

– United States (5-8 business days)

– Rest of the world (7-12 business days)

• Estimated days are business days, except Saturdays and Sundays.

• All our shipments have a tracking number and it is attached with the shipment notification.

• If you do not receive your order in (4) weeks please contact us and we will find a solution for you. We are waiting for you to receive your order as soon as possible but due to external circumstances, the postal service does not depend exclusively on us and there may sometimes be reasons for delay such as bad weather, dates with high transit of packages such as in months before Christmas or Black Friday, orders may be delayed some day more than usual.

• Sometimes the package may be subject to customs duties and import taxes of the country to which the order is shipped. These payments are always the responsibility of the buyer, as we have no control over these charges.

WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

• It always depends on the type of product you have purchased. At 2ToastDesign we print and prepare your order on demand, that’s why we need 3 to 5 working days before it is shipped to your destination.

• We currently have suppliers in the USA and Europe so we can guarantee very fast shipping times.

 

WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?

• Yes! Once you place an order and it is processed, you will receive a tracking ID for your parcel.

• WE ARE CONSTANTLY INFORMED ABOUT NEW DEVELOPMENTS REGARDING THE COVID-19 VIRUS SITUATION AND WE HOPE THAT IT WILL BE SOLVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. FOR NOW THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN SENDING ALL THE ORDERS AND OUR PRODUCTION PARTNERS ARE WORKING TO SEND THEM AS ALWAYS EFFECTIVELY. 

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER?

• It rarely happens but if you do not receive your order in (4) weeks please contact us through our contact form here

• If your order is lost in transit or returned to us due to the unavailability of the recipient, you can choose to have your order resent or request a refund (less shipping and handling costs). Our priority is that you have a satisfactory experience with your purchase.

 

REFUND POLICY

• Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Contact us to manage your return here

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• If your purchase arrives damaged you should contact us as soon as possible, although do not worry in advance because normally 99% of shipments arrive at their destination in a safe manner as they are properly protected from possible damage. 

 

IT’S BEEN MORE THAN 4 WEEKS, I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER, CAN I GET A RESHIPMENT OR A REFUND?

REFUNDS

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The products in the order must be in perfect condition to accept the refund.

• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

• If you are shipping an item over 90 Euros you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us here
